The main zipper has to be opened all the way through in order to be able to open the bag. Not the roomiest one, but good enough for 1-2 days baby stuff. The padded strap bag is comfortable enough for carry around. It also has hidden zipper on the backside for mom's stuff. It comes with 3 bottle insulation at the front compartment with some white cable that can be connected to power banks to keep the milk warm. Haven't try this function yet, but it looks pretty creative. It has 2 side pockets that I use it to keep my bottle water and baby wipes. The baby wipes pocket has zipper, but it doesn't fit my wipes. "I bought another backpack diaper bag, but it was larger than I anticipated and was a bit much for my smaller frame. This is the bag I was looking for. I love how the top opens up (no awkward fiddling with the bag trying to keep it open while also trying to keep it from falling too far open). I can fit what we need - a couple changes of clothes, a muslin blanket or 2, plenty of diapers, wipes, changing pad (it comes with one, but I like to bring a liner too), toys, burp cloths... I easily stuck my own water bottle, keys, and phone in the bag too. We don't bottle feed, but that compartment helped separate smaller items like creams and hand sanitizer. We took this on a short hike (a few miles) and it was comfortable on my shoulders."
